Salentein Blanc de Blancs is a Cuvée Exceptionnelle made with the best Chardonnay grapes from different plots of our estates in Valle de Uco. It has a particular and attractive golden colour with greenish hues and a persistent perlage. Its expressive aroma combines notes of green apple and pineapple with a delicate note of toasted bread. On the palate it is very fruity and fresh, with a fine and persistent bubble that completes this elegant and intense sparkling wine. Bodegas Salentein is a pioneer in the production of premium wines in the Uco Valley. The ideal conditions of the region for the development of the vine, combined with the unique qualities of its estates located between 1,050 and 1,700 meters above sea level, and its five different microclimates, result in wines with exceptional characteristics.
